What is covered?
This Privacy Policy governs our dealing with, "personal information". Personal information means any information about an identifiable individual including information such home address and home phone number.
You can visit our web site without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. There are times, however, when we may need information from you, such as your name and address, in order to complete online transactions such as purchases.
Accountability
DreamCrafters Inc. is very sensitive to the confidentiality of all personal information in our possession or control. We restrict access to third parties and request their assurances that they follow appropriate privacy policies where it is necessary to provide information to them to complete a required service on your behalf.
Why we collect Personal Information?
DreamCrafters Inc. intends to give you as much control as possible over your personal information. We do keep track of the domains from which people visit us and analyze this data for trends and statistics, and thereafter discard any such source material. The primary purposes for which we may collect, use and disclose personal information are:
(a) to provide services requested by you, (b) to provide responses to e-mail information and to respond to your inquiries, (c) to provide an e-newsletter service to our existing and potential customers, (d) to notify you of the latest updates and improvements to our services and product offerings.

Does DreamCrafters Inc. share the Personal Information it receives?
DreamCrafters Inc. does NOT sell or share customer information with others except as needed to complete services requested by you. For instance, DreamCrafters Inc. contracts with certain trusted companies to perform such functions as fulfilling orders, delivering orders, processing credit card payments and providing customer service. Those companies are provided with only the information needed to perform their specific function and they may not use such information for any other purposes.
All personal information is held in strict confidence and we will obtain consent, either express or implied, to use or disclose personal information about an individual unless otherwise permitted or required by law.
Safeguarding your Personal Information
DreamCrafters Inc. will take appropriate steps to ensure adequate safeguards are in place to protect the personal information which we obtain.
Our safeguards include ensuring the paper information is stored in a supervised or secure location, including locked filing cabinets and restricted access to electronic information. DreamCrafters Inc. staff are trained to ensure that they are aware of the sensitivity of such information and that they will collect, use and disclose personal information only as necessary to perform their duties and in accordance with this policy. We do not store credit card information on our web store or in our accounting system.
If DreamCrafters Inc. no longer requires such information we will destroy it, erase it, or render it anonymous.
Openness and Access
If you have previously shared Personal Information with DreamCrafters Inc. we will continue to assume your implied consent to use it as outlined herein. You can, of course, withdraw this consent or ask to view your Personal Information at any time. Periodically we may ask you to review your Personal Information to ensure its continued accuracy.
