RETURN POLICY
If you have are unhappy with any product or service you have purchased from DreamCrafters, Inc. please inform us of this as soon as possible so we can do our best to remedy the situation. Please complete the online customer service form (above - our preferred method), email us at refunds@dreamcrafters.ca (please copy and paste the address into your e-mail program), or call our customer service number at 905-383-9221. Please have your order number, name, date of purchase and method of payment available when contacting us. If a product or service is to be returned, we will issue you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number and explain the correct procedure for returning the product or service. If you return a product or service without first getting a RETURN AUTHORIZATION or without following the correct return procedure, we cannot guarantee that you will be properly credited for the return.

REFUND POLICY
To request a refund, please complete the online customer service form (above - our preferred method), email us at refunds@dreamcrafters.ca (please copy and paste the address into your e-mail program), or call our customer service number at 905-383-9221. In cases where a refund is warranted and approved, DreamCrafters Inc. will provide a refund to the customer in the exact amount in the same format that the payment was received or provide a credit note for future purchases.
